主料:米线150克  辅料:鱼豆腐15克、猪里脊肉25克、绿豆芽1小把、韭菜3根、鹌鹑蛋1个、鸡胸脯肉50克、海米10个、火腿15克、鸡架半只。

制造步骤

1.首先将鸡架洗净,放置到锅内,倒入清水约1500ml,将火量调到大煮开后,撇去浮沫,然后转成中火,将姜片放入,盖上盖子,熬煮2个小时后放入适量的盐调味,把鸡架取出,只留鸡汤放一旁等接下来运用。
